F E E S

Our Fees:

We take a flat 1% commission from the final sale amount (this includes shipping) on top of payment gateway fees. This fee includes the facilitating of buying and selling only, other services have seperate charges.

S E C U R I T Y

Prevention:

We use risk analysis techniques by detecting key terms used in scams, as well as profiling users and allocating security ratings to determine credibility.

We aim to minimise outside interferance by providing sellers with tools such as maintained shipping.

We rely on community support to report falsly advertised items which we will investigate and take action upon accordingly.

We use automated systems such as Kount, which help to detect and prevent financial fraud.

From time to time, we will verify sellers using background checks, bank accounts and govertment issued id to ensure high standards.

We will also withold funds until after the buyer has confirmed recipt of the item, this limit will be removed after sellers have been onboarded successfully.

Protection:

We offer protection on all orders proccessed and completed in-app.

We protect against card fraud and items not being sent as described.

In most cases we will protect against items not arriving.

We also offer flexible protection to all buyers and sellers free of cost. This will help deal with special circumstances.
